Board/Commission Duties:
Develop, advocate and supervise programs and policies relating to the status of women in Worcester. Plan annual awards ceremony to honor an adult and a young "Women of Consequence."
Member Responsibilities:
Attend and participate in regular meetings.
Member Skillset:
Members have understanding of how gender norms, roles and relations influence unqual treament and access in public and private spheres. Members should possess array of analytical, research, advocacy and organizing skills.
